For Immediate Release:

Lake Providence, LA - Thomas Terral, President of Terral Seed is pleased to announce that Dean Williams has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer.  He brings 22 years of solid ag retail distribution management experience from virtually every responsibility level.

Prior to his Terral Seed appointment, Williams served as Regional Manager of the South Central Region with Crop Production Services (CPS).  He was also former Executive Vice President of legacy UAP.  Williams also served as a Louisiana Ag Industry Association (LAIA) member and board member.  He grew up in Mangham, LA on a family cotton and soybean farm and graduated from NLU (now ULM) with a BBA in accounting.  Now residing in Texas, he plans to move back to the Mid South area.

As Chief Executive Officer, his primary focus will be to direct business operations exploring and capturing future opportunities in the South.

The solid relationships Dean has built over the years with many distribution partners will create further opportunities for company growth and expansion. According to Williams, "Terral Seed represents a unique value proposition for Southern producers and distributors. The REV-olution against limited trait and genetic choices is the right direction for the right reasons. I am very appreciative of the experiences that I have gained in distribution, and look forward to adding to Terral Seed's momentum."

"We're very pleased to have Dean Williams on board as our new Chief Executive Officer," stated Thomas Terral, President.  "His experience, reputation and relationships in retail distribution are obviously a tremendous asset for us.  We are very excited about our future as we continue to expand our role as the Southern leader in breeding and producing high yielding genetics and integrating biotechnology into hybrid corn, hybrid grain sorghum, soybeans and wheat."
